From the stylized title font to the tagline “Post-Combat Release SEX” and MINAMO’s costume, this is unmistakably a “super sentai”-themed production. MINAMO plays the pink warrior vanquishing demon factions—but here, she faces a different kind of defeat: overwhelmed by monstrous entities in a climactic “final battle.”
Not quite. If SOD STAR followed GIGA’s tropes (no complaints there, budget permitting for elaborate monster suits), the plot would diverge. Instead, this storyline introduces a twist: MINAMO’s battlesuit gradually amplifies her libido as she fights, culminating in a frenzied state where she “recruits” allies to satiate her urges.
Thus, Dr. Nanjo of Justice Headquarters deploys a dedicated “Desire Relief Squad.”
Yet as her condition worsens, even the squad proves insufficient. The climax sees Pink Warrior MINAMO entangled with Red and Blue comrades in a 3P showdown, leaving them spent while she collapses into euphoric ruin.
Petite MINAMO surprisingly shines in the sentai cosplay, with combat scenes that avoid token choreography. Animated text cards and a rare cast of younger male actors (no stereotypical “uncles”) further elevate this refreshing work:
From half-zombie themes to pink squadron fantasies, if SOD STAR plans such annual spectacles for MINAMO, her 5th anniversary can’t come soon enough.
