The Plot: A Steamy Family Drama
Leftside Hanzou, the male lead, is a fresh college graduate working in Tokyo. A bit lazy, his mother, Okuda Saki, visits occasionally to clean his apartment. However, every visit leads to inappropriate advances from her son.
In the story, Hanzou openly admits his sexual fantasies about his mother. Initially, it’s subtle harassment, but he soon escalates by stripping naked and begging his mom for a handjob. Unable to refuse, Okuda Saki reluctantly complies.

How Does This Compare to Shinoda Yuu’s Version?
A major question fans have: will this remake include the original’s climax, where the mother is impregnated by her son?
Based on the preview, cover, and promotional images, it seems the remake doesn’t include this aspect.
In comparison, Shinoda Yuu’s portrayal exuded allure, but she might have been a bit too glamorous for the “motherly” role. Her strength was undeniable sexual appeal—just her presence was enough to captivate.
Okuda Saki, on the other hand, brings a more authentic “mom-next-door” vibe, perfectly matched with Hanzou’s youthful energy and insatiable hunger. This casting decision feels spot-on.
Ultimately, your preference between these two films will depend on what you’re looking for—classic beauty or grounded realism.
