A Scary-Looking Film! MIDA-040
The title directly translates to “After Ejaculating Inside Her, Continuing the Piston Motion to Ensure She Gets Pregnant,” with the cover clearly marking it as “Brutal Series Vol. 2.” It seems like this time, Arina Arata (formerly Hashimoto Arina) is in for a rough ride, and she might be in real trouble:
Is that really the case? Actually, this film carries a similar vibe to Moodyz’s past “Uncensored Express” series. Just looking at the title, cover, and the description, it might feel like the film is turning Arina Arata into nothing more than a sex toy. But simply nonstop penetration and ejaculation is not that interesting. If you take a look at the promotional photos, you’ll understand exactly what Moodyz has planned:

This is probably the most brutal part of the film. As one of the top actresses in the industry, Arina Arata has always been known for pushing her limits. Although her agency initially hesitated when they received the proposal for an uncensored creampie shoot, Arina eventually agreed and allowed the production company to push the boundaries further. In this film, she is not only bound in restraints but also receives a total of 20 creampies. The thick, sticky mess around her little hole says it all…
However, after watching the trailer, it doesn’t seem as harsh as expected:
The film starts with a lighthearted interview, and then the male actor suddenly rushes in and starts going at it. I honestly didn’t feel any brutal elements there. Although she is put into restraints, the male actor doesn’t seem overly rough with her. The final 4P scene looks intense, but it’s just very vigorous; compared to the cover and description, where it implies a much more aggressive, violent situation, it’s quite a bit tamer than that.
So, to sum it up, I think this film is more of a “heavy” uncensored creampie type of shoot. There’s no real plot, just a few bondage scenes, but it doesn’t actually go as far as the cover suggests. If you’re expecting Arina Arata to be knocked out or treated extremely brutally, this isn’t the film for you. You might feel a bit deceived.
Also, I’m left with one question: Since this is the second installment of the Brutal Series, what was the first one? I honestly can’t remember…
